Shipping and Delivery policy
This Shipping and Delivery policy is applicable for orders placed on www.gratiapharma.com (‘Website’), including its mobile application (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’, “We”, “Our”)
Shipping Charges:
If shipping charges are not separately mentioned in the shopping cart on our Platform, no Delivery charges are applicable, and the order will be shipped with no additional delivery charges.
If shipping charges are specifically mentioned in the shopping cart, it will be included in the final bill which will be payable by the customer.
For Orders eligible for COD (Cash on Delivery) the final price in the shopping cart, includes COD charges.
Shipment:
Once the order placed by you on our website, we will initiate the dispatch of the placed order within 2 to 3 working days from confirmation of your orders.
Delivery:
Delivery within India: – Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days for most of the parts in India. However, the delivery may be delayed for remote locations in the states of eastern India. We will intimate and update the status of shipment through e-mail/SMS.
For delivery out of India, (for eligible products only) delivery period will be calculated based on our contract with the courier /postal services and will be intimated to you prior to the shipment.
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.
The delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making the proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy. The courier / postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders marked as RTO will not be eligible for re-delivery. you still want to purchase the article/goods you may have to place a new order on the platform.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product.
For COD orders, You are liable to pay the amount as mentioned on the invoice / bill. The order shall not be delivered by the courier / postal services, if you fail to pay the payment amount as per the invoice / bill, at the time of delivery.
Shelf Life of The Product:
We will ship the products which are well within shelf life / expiration date / use before date marked on the products. It is customer’s responsibility to use/consume the product within the shelf life.
Disclaimer: The shipment and delivery process and timelines mentioned above are applicable during normal circumstances only. In case of unexpected situations like natural disaster, extreme environments, pandemics, other law & orders situations or unavoidable service disruptions, you may expect delays in shipment & delivery and also order cancellations.
